Screen Stuttering?
My monitor screen 'stutters' only when I'm at a website for more than a few minuets. It will page down to the bottom of the page by it self and if I try scrolling up, it trys to maintain its position and a 'stuttering' occurs--the screen image jumping rapidly up and down.
This started two or three days ago. I have run all three of my security filter programs to clean out any uninvited mal-ware but the problem continues.
Does anybody know what causes that and how I would fix it?

windows security bar Questions
about my anti virus and windows security center, need some help from the pros!?
ok, i have my avast anti virus installed but the notification area from the lower right corner of the task bar displays the security center icon marked in red and it says "anti virus might not be installed". And when I open the security center, I see in the "Virus Protection" label and it indicates "not found". Why is it like this? How come windows did not detect my avast anti virus?
Because Windows Security Center is crap. Open it up and go to Recommendations under Anti-Virus and select 'I will monitor this myself'. Or just disable the annoying thing by doing the following:
Start > Run > type 'services.msc' without the quotes and hit {Enter}
Scroll to find the Security Center service and double-click. Click the 'Stop' button and in the drop-down box select disable. No more annoying popup. Disabling this service causes no harm to the computer.
